The best food in the world is on the Eastern Shore

 

When it comes to food, there's really no place like the Eastern Shore. Here, farm to table is a short walk. The freshest vegetables and fruits. The best seafood and meats. Asparagus, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, greens, corn, strawberries, figs, peaches.  Clams and oysters, soft shell crabs, flounder, rockfish. Hams smoked and cured in the Virginia tradition. Farm raised poultry. It's all here, and where we start when developing seasonal menus. With so much to choose from, every meal is a creative experience like no other.
